How I Help

JUNIOR LEAGUE OF SEATTLE

The Junior League of Seattle is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

I was a provisional member in 2018-19, and am the Vice Chair of Pilot Projects for 2019-20.

October 2015 - Present

BIG BROTHERS, BIG SISTERS

I love this organization and what it does for disadvantaged youth. I'm proud to be a Big Sister.  I have a Little Sister through the program, and previously mentored a Little Brother.

March 2019 - Present

REMOTE WOMEN'S EMPLOYEE NETWORK

Co-founder and steering committee member of one of Ingersoll Rand's first Employee Resource Group chapters targeted at "remote" workers.  Our mission is to create greater connectivity to the Women's Employee Network and the company for remote working women.

2016 - 17

CO-FOUNDER, "UNITY SQUAD"

I helped found the diversity and inclusion group for our work site, which we named the "Unity Squad." This was the first inclusion network ever developed at Ingersoll Rand. The Unity Squad aims to bring together the corporate sponsored Employee Resource Groups into a format that is more inclusive and effective for a small plant environment.
